REGISTRATION CONTEST
​Register Early and enroll all your friends to register early as well!!
We've added another draw!! We will draw for a FREE registration* on December 2nd, 2019.

Once we reach 120  registrations, we will DRAW, from those 120 registrations,
for a FREE registration* to the CONFERENCE regardless of when we reach it. 

When we receive 130 registrations, we will do another draw.
When we reach 140 registrations, we will do yet another draw!
*This prize will be non-transferable and we will issue a refund or you may transfer your paid fees towards the registration of another attendee.

​Breakout Sessions
When registering, choose 3 Breakout Sessions, for each Series (1 & 2), in order of preference, that you would like to attend.  While every attempt will be made to provide you with your first choice, sessions will be assigned on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.  Session attendance sizes may vary.
If your sessions are full when you register, we will assign you to a class. 
Changes MAY be possible at conference time.

Conference fees may be paid via e-transfer, personal cheque, certified bank draft, or credit card*.  Fees must be paid in full in order to hold your conference seat and your breakout sessions.
Please note that all rates are subject to change.  

​Multiple Registrations
If you are completing multiple registrations, please submit a registration form for each person. 
*Please note: Credit Card Payments will have an added 3.5% processing fee added at time of purchase. Someone from the conference team will contact you to take your credit card information once you email us your completed registration form.
Select the form you need based on your Method of Payment. 
Note:  All fees are to be paid in Canadian Funds.

You must DOWNLOAD or SAVE it to your computer first. ​-TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD (DOWNLOAD and SAVE either the PDF* or WORD* version of this form to your computer before completing.  Do NOT complete it online - it will not save. The form will explain how to complete payment.

We will confirm receipt of your registration once we receive complete payment.

PRINT OFF this document before completing the form.  You may also download and save it to you computer first before printing it off to complete.   MAIL your completed registration form along with your payment to the address indicated on the registration form.

An Attendance Certificate will be issued for attendance to the main conference; hours may be used towards Healing Touch Program Re-Certification.
